Terms of Service

By accessing KoreReady you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for safeguarding credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Paid plans renew for successive terms unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an order form.

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to breach security, reverse engineer the scoring methodology, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant KoreReady a limited licence to process them to deliver the service.

KoreReady, the KoreReady Score™ and the Business Readiness Platform™, including all software and methodology, remain our property.

Scores, roadmaps and content are informational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or securities advice, and are not an offer to sell securities.

Engagements with third-party providers in the marketplace are contracted directly between you and that provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we exclude indirect and consequential damages.

Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination you may export your data for a limited period before deletion.
