KoreReady provides a business readiness platform for private companies and their advisors. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Account details you provide (name, work email, company, role), assessment responses, documents you upload to your vault, and technical data such as device, browser and usage events.

To calculate readiness scores, generate roadmaps and reports, provide support, secure the platform, meet legal obligations, and — where permitted — send product and readiness insights.

We share information with service providers under contract, with marketplace partners only when you initiate an engagement, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Vault access is role-based with granular permissions and full audit logging. Access to production systems is restricted and monitored.

We retain account and assessment data while your account is active and for the period required to meet legal and contractual obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing.

We may process information in countries other than your own using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
